A thought recently came to my mind: Often in our lives, many people have difficulty distinguishing between patterns and problems. Sometimes we mistakenly consider things as problems which are actually patterns. When we try to search for solutions to address patterns that are not true problems, we end up with no real solution.
For example, if someone is getting bullied for being the odd one out, most often we tend to blame society, asserting that it shouldn't be that way—that people should be more aware and mature about it. But that's not the core issue. The same dynamic can be observed in any society around the world: if you are the odd one, or lower on the hierarchy, you will face some consequences. This is not a problem; it's a fundamental pattern.
There are initial elements that initiate such patterns. So, rather than believing you have to solve something inherently, you should be focusing on how you can make changes in the initial steps, which can then lead to a new form of pattern. This approach can be more effective than wasting time searching for a solution that doesn't address the root cause.
