Is free will compatible with neurological determinism?

If our brains are simply complex physical systems governed by the laws of physics and chemistry, and if every action is the result of prior causes, is there any room left for genuine free will?

Look up Compatibilism. Even if determinism is true, 'free will' can be redefined as the ability to act according to your own internal motivations without external coercion. The fact that those internal motivations are causally determined doesn't make the choice any less 'yours'.
